"Excellent food. I eat a lot of Indian food where I live in the San Francisco Bay area, and this was as good as anything I've had. We had the butter chicken, mutton curry, dal, naan, rice, mango lassi. Mmmm."

"We came back to this family restaurant two nights in a row because the food was so good and reasonably priced. Some of the best southern Indian cuisine you’re likely to find outside of India. We thoroughly enjoyed their mutton biryani, beef and mutton curries with onion rice, and also their dhal with naan. All freshly prepared with authentic, top quality ingredients. Friendly staff also. "Not exactly Indian. This is a Bangladeshi restaurant. But the food is excellent. We had moghlai porota, samosa and mishti doi here. They were also serving beef biryani and lots of sweets were there. Do give it a try."

"We wanted something different from pizza / pasta and found this spot on a walk. Service was great even with a bit of language barrier and food was excellent! It was a shame there was no one else at the restaurant, we would normally keep walking if we saw an empty space but we were both delighted at how amazing the food was and both left very full! "Deliziosa! Owner recommend the lamb curry with balsmatic rice and it was so good! Super soft, some cartilage/soft tendon which provided a nice crunch. Reminded of mom’s Vietnamese short ribs cooking during childhood :). No lamb smell like others I’ve tasted, this was just right. Friendly owner who offered me complimentary salad and a fried potato. I was full but he insisted, so I took it to go and I was curious about. Very generous, family owned. Parking available around the town, plenty of indoor seating. Great food!"

"Okay so this place rocks. The owner is from Bangladesh I believe. He is awesome. There is a small language barrier as noted in every other review, but we got by just find by pointing and an English/italian good translator. The food is out of this world. We went twice in two days. We’ve never had food like this. Flavor, texture, all of it 10/10, 5 stars. They treated us so kindly, bringing us a fan for dinner and doing other things not required, but appreciated nonetheless. At the end he gave us this really tasty sweet treat on the house. The prices were extremely fair. Too fair I would argue for how good the food tastes. If you’re in La Spezia, go here. Trust me."
